These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cerebral website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Cerebral Partners Ltd (“Cerebral”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Purpose of the Service

Cerebral provides interactive business simulations (“micro-cases”) designed to help users practice case interview skills and business decision-making. The Service is for educational and training purposes only and is not intended to replace professional advice or formal consulting programs.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use Cerebral responsibly and ethically. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell content or case materials.
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service.
  • Use the platform to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity when using the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to cases, questions, explanations, designs, branding, and underlying logic, is owned by Cerebral or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Cerebral is designed to support practice and learning. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as job offers, interview success, academic results, or performance improvement.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, or app stores. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerebral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Auto-renewable Subscription

  • £19.99 per month (currency may vary depending on your location). Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew for the selected duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • The current subscription period cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.
  • You can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal at any time by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

11. Refund Policy

  • Non-consumable in-app purchases and subscriptions provide immediate access to digital features or content.
  • All such purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Refund requests must be submitted directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the respective store’s refund policies.
  • Cerebral Games does not process or issue refunds directly.
